There is a local grocery store that I adore! They are one of the test stores, which means they've got amazing chefs on staff that mix up all sorts of deliciousness. Out of those, whichever sells the best goes to the different stores. Last week I was headed to the butcher block to pick up my new favorite - shrimp fajitas - when this cute gal was demoing mahi mahi. Always up for something new I gave it a shot. Delicious! She had copies of the recipe so I abondoned my fajitas and made the Mahi Mahi. It included Asian plum sauce, rice vinegar, fresh ginger and wasabi.
