Officially sick and tired of this extra weight I am jump starting my weight loss with an intense diet of only 700 calories of pure protien each day.  Yesterday was my first complete day, and the bitch radar levels are a bit higher today.  Why is it that weight is so easy to put on and so hard to take off?  I've got my boneless, skinless, tasteless chicken cubes cooked and ready for the day.  I hope I can keep this up for at least 4 more days.  25 pounds until goal weight - here we go!  Oh, how I long for a Coke right now.
